Gumbo and such..

So nothing too spectacular happened today. Ryan and I slept most of the day. I did make it to the salon to get my eye brows waxed. The girl who usually does them had already went home for the day and her husband was working so he was her substitute. I was a bit nervous since he was a guy and not gay obviously but he did a great job. Next on to the grocery store to get the stuff to make gumbo. I have never made gumbo before but I have to say it turned out very well. I am back to work tommorrow night and not too excited but after 3 nights of work I will be off again for six nights. My mom who lives in Alabama ,will be coming in and I am very excited about that. I am some what of a momma's girl and I have'nt seen her in over a month. This will be her first time to visit since we moved.
