glitter-graphics.comWe had the inlaws and the great aunts over for dinner on Saturday night and it went very nicely. Ryan did a great job cooking the meal and I was in charge of the turkey decor, plating the food, and setting the table. I know, I know that was alot of work for me but somehow I managed to get it done!! Everything was a hit from the green beans to the turkey chair covers with matching cloth napkins!!
Our Thanksgiving day will be spent in the car driving to Texas for a wedding. Might I add my very clean car. Ryan spent all day Sunday cleaning my dirty car. He put $7.00 worth of quarters in the vaccuum machine thingy just to get it looking half way decent and he washed it twice. It looks awesome inside and out. I am going to try and keep it that way!
On to the next topic for discussion. I haven't started putting up my christmas decor yet but I plan on it as soon as I can get the turkeys to bed. My grandmother gave me lots of
"white" christmas tree garland, wreaths, and little trees she got from you know where, QVC. But here is the dilemma they have all turned yellow. I thought I might could do something with them. I thought about just spray painting them funky colors but they are prelit. I actually googled this subject and much to my surprise I did not find an answer. Google always knows the answer but not this time.
Any Ideas??

if you really want to take the time to salvage the garland, take small pieces of saran wrap or tinfoil, cover the lights then spray whatever color you want. it will be a task, no doubt, but well worth the time!
