Flintstones are partied out!!

WoW what a weekend. Ryan's 30th B'day was a success. I made the cutest ghost cake with flaming eyes for tia and ryan's b-day is was so precious. but my dear husband decided to have a little fun with it. Needless to say cake was everywhere up tias nose in ryan's ear and the bathroom sink is still stopped up with cake!









Saturday we headed to Sidney and Chrissy for there Halloween Party. They really outdone themself with the decor. It was complete with an graveyard, electric chair, real coffin, ghost, goblins, and more. Sorry no pics I broke my camera again the night of Ryan's party. All the grass in the backyard and I just had to drop it on the sidewalk! So now on the search for Camera #3 maybe I will get a warranty this time!
Sunday called for some Saints and time to relax. We were useless all day everybody came over and enjoyed a great dinner cooked by none other than Ryan. Guess what we had grilled chicken can you believe it?? Congrats to the Saints for the third win in a row!


Today I am off to work I have to work a dreadful dayshift!! Hopefully it will go fast Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!!

Here are some Halloween pics of Maggy. The other kids would not cooperate with me enough for pictures. Once she started she didn't want to stop we took over 80 pics. We had a great time but I am going to need to get alot more patience before we decide to have kids. She can't decide if she wants to be a chicken or a 60's Barbie. Maggy didn't understand why we couldn't use the eggs in the barbie pics too!! Here are some of my favorites.

Shoes and stuff!!

So I made it to Coffeeville and only stopped at one Dirt Cheap on the way. Today was my lucky day I got six pairs of the cutest shoes and some clothes for me and zoe! My mom and I went shopping before having to pick up my nieces from school today. We came out of the store and we were locked out of her car the bad thing was we had the keys but her anti-theft system went crazy and thought we were trying to break in the car. So I call my dad and he tells me how to fix the problem over the phone. Never knew I was so good with pliers and wires!! We were only a little late picking the girls up even though they were the only kids left at school. I remember those days. My mom was late almost everyday picking me up and I hated it. We made up for it though with some new shoes and after school snacks!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!!

It's Thursday and my work week is over!! I am off for six days!! Going to the big city of Coffeeville tommorrow to spend some time with the family. I am not going to get to see my neices and nephew go trick or treating so I am making them dress up so I can see their costumes and take pics. Ryan has to work all weekend poor thing so he will not be able to go, he is so disappointed!
I wish this rain would stop. Its been raining for three days straight! Our spoiled dog doesn't like to go outside when the grass is wet b/c she thinks she is a princess we literally have to pick her up and make her go outside. Then she stands on the sidewalk and sticks only her but in the grass to do her buisness.

Happy Hump Day!!

Sorry haven't been feeling up to blogging. I have had the worst PMS ever but nothing flowers, chocolate, and lots of motrin can't cure. My husband surprises me more and more everyday I woke up yesterday to more fresh flowers in the cutest vase ever (a handgrenade glass!), my favorite chocolate, and dinner. Thanks Ryan for all the things you do for me big and small!!

Hats off to the Saints!!

The Saints finally won I am so excited!! Ryan cooked a fabulous dinner as Tia and I nervously watched the game last night. Don't know if it was a good luck charm or not but Tia gave us all saints hats to wear. We are a little superstitious so we might just have to wear the hats for every game. Which for Ryan is not good. Lets just say the hat is not too becoming of him. He is just not the hat wearing type I guess. I never realized his head was so big until he tries to put a hat on poor thing. Well thats all I have to say about that. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today because I am so crabby and for some reason Ryan feels the need in playing the 20 question game which he only got to question 4 before I quit playing. I think I might just go back to bed and try again! Hope everyones day is off to a good start, I am going to try again!

Fireman w/ Sexy Legs??

Goodmorning All,

Just got in from a long night at work. Hope everyones weekend is going great and you are getting to enjoy the nice cool weather. It feels great outside. Ryan and I are lost, we have been getting the paper for free everyday since we moved here and we are on day 3 with no paper..wtf??? I almost wanna go get the neighbors paper out of their yard! Speaking of papers I was looking at my hometown newspaper on the net at work last night and I find my dad got fireman of the year. News to me seems as though my mom would have told me such exciting news. I also found out through myspace that he also won the sexy legs contest at the fireman's ball! LMAO.... Nothing about my dad do I consider sexy but I guess thats with all fathers and daughters. Take into account my parents live in the smallest town imaginable and the firemans ball is the event of the year. Some call it the "Senior Citizens Prom"!

So after much debate of what to be for Halloween we have decided and the costumes are ready! Ryan and I are going to be Fred and Wilma and Zoe is going to be Pebbles! I can't wait. Lauren and Etienne are going to be Betty and Barney how cute is that!! Ryan's caveman club came yesterday and this past weekend my mom and Joyce made Fred's costume they did a great job Fred and Ryan could be twins! Barney's came yesterday and he is excited as well. I am still trying to figure out how to get pebble's bone in her hair since her hair is so short. If you are in town and would like to join the festivities the party is Oct. 26th at our house costumes required alcohol provided!

Yabba Dabba Doo!

I am Baaack!!

I am back from Mobile, I had no time to blog while I was gone. I was so busy but had a blast. Friday my mom came down and we stayed with a friend of ours. We did the usual dinner, pedicure, and Dirtcheap of course! Saturday was Bayfest it was fun even though it was 90 degrees, then cooled down a bit as we got drenched in the rain and I got into a fight with an ant bed needless to say the ants won. We rocked out to two bands that we didn't even know what they were saying while waiting on Chris Daughtrey to play. Got to catch up with lots of people I haven't seen in awhile. No pics to share only took two and we looked like drowned rats so I had to delete them. Sunday I spent the day with an awful hangover and helping Joyce pack but got lots of goodies out of the deal Thanks!! Sunday night I spent with April and I thought I was going to have to go to jail for attemptive dog murder. She has a very playful and annoying dog Max who I accidentally pushed off the couch I guess a little too hard. He hit his head pretty hard on the way down but looked fine b/c he got up and went right back to aggravating the shit out of me. 15 minutes later he was in a full blown seizure and we were freaking!! I grabbed the phone and immediately called doggy 911 who reassured us that he would be fine as long as he didn't have more than 4 seizures he would just act a bit drunk for 30 minutes. He recovered fine and still annoying as ever but I was scared shitless. I came home tonight to a clean house, no dirty laundry, dinner cooked, and fresh flowers on the table. My husband is wonderful and I missed him so much while I was gone. Overall the weekend was great and I really enjoyed spending it with my Alabama friends.

I have no clue why I am awake? I hear myself saying this alot lately! I had work last night and again tonight and I woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed at 1:00 today. It seems Ryan and I have just been passing each other, I get up he goes to bed we can't get our sleep schedules together, night shift makes you crazy I am beginning to think. The powers that be did reinstate myspace at work last night so I was excited about that even though it may not last long. It's always fun to see which patients are on myspace. Kinda scary what you will see at times though!! One night of work down 2 to go! Last night was pretty good all my patients were actually normal and really nice which is kinda odd at Touro. The crazys are always funny too b/c you never know what they will say or do! I had a patient one time using gloves when she went to bathroom, I mean do you use those at home?? This other girl one night had taken a pic on her camera phone of her swelling down below from the birth and was passing it around the room! That's a private matter you don't take pictures hello! I always have to ask the new moms their babies names. I have to stop this b/c I am sure my face says it all on some names. I mean do you really wanna name your child ESPN and I will never forget Destiny Faith Love-Joy she is doomed to be the meanest child in her class! I had one mom tell me the name was complicated so she wasn't even going to tell me. OK so what are you going to tell the rest of the world??? Although I do love some of the older names that are coming back but I think there will be an overabundance of Lillie's and Chloe's if there are many more! When the day does come for Ryan and I to have children, it will be war on the name I know. He talks about it all the time how he wants a Ryan Jr. and a Fiona! No child of mine will be named after an oger from Shrek and we can't have any JR's running around.

All that is Fall!

Hopefully this week is going to fly by for everyone. I am back to work tonight thru Thursday night then off to Mobile for the weekend to catch up with my girls I haven't seen in awhile. I am very excited! New Orleans has Jazz Fest, well Mobile has Bay Fest not as good but still lots of fun, I can hardly wait!
Ryan and I had date night last night we went and saw SuperBad! It was fun its been forever since we went to the theater and saw a movie. It was only like 10 people in there which makes it even better. I really got excited about the start of October yesterday. Woke up early and put out all the Halloween and fall decorations. Got out my winter clothes not sure why, not like I am going to get to wear them anytime soon!
